The Spirit of a Child is an engaging 30‑minute interactive experience created specifically for children of all ages. Designed to be used within Rapid Eye Technology® (RET) sessions, it supports grounding, awareness, and positive choice in a way that feels natural, safe, and enjoyable for children.

The experience begins with a guided imagery in which the child actively participates using all of their senses, including their favorite color.
