Many challenges related to time, repetition of patterns, and feeling “stuck” can be accessed and resolved through this center.

Developing primarily between the ages of 21–28, this chakra supports a critical phase of adult identity formation, where vision, direction, and purpose are clarified. During this stage, information connected to DNA patterns we came to work through, as well as the healing we seek to embody, becomes more accessible. This chakra acts as a bridge between inherited patterns and conscious transformation.
