30‑Minute Interactive Experience for Children

The Spirit of a Child is an engaging 30‑minute interactive experience created specifically for children of all ages. Designed to be used within Rapid Eye Technology® (RET) sessions, it supports grounding, awareness, and positive choice in a way that feels natural, safe, and enjoyable for children.

The experience begins with a guided imagery in which the child actively participates using all of their senses, including their favorite color. This imagery is designed to help the child connect with and ground into their unique circuit of energy, fostering a sense of safety, presence, and self‑connection.

The language is brief, simple, and focused, intentionally crafted to keep children engaged while supporting awareness and choice.

Included are imageries specifically designed to process:

• Early scripts and patterns formed at birth
• Distorted beliefs that may have been unconsciously absorbed
• Energetic patterns that no longer serve the child

The experience concludes on a high‑frequency level, bringing awareness to each energy center and teaching the child—through imagery and experience—how to change what they don’t like into what they do like.
